RETROARCH PPSSPP TEXTURES PSP
One thing I've noticed so far is that in the beginning when you're picking the tarrot cards, on the emulator they get all pixelated when they move to the back, but in my PSP version, they don't.For when original low-res sprites or ugly muddy pixellated textures don't cut it anymore, there are some emulators which allow for texture replacement - so that you can play your old games with shiny HD/4K textures to go with HD rendering. I want to try and get the game running as close to the PSP version as possible. I want to try and get the game up and running as best as possible on the Steam version of Retroarch because I'd like to play a bunch of other titles on the Steam Deck in the future. I'd really like my game to look like this:īut that requires adding some texture pack to some folder and since it is for the PPSSPP standalone, I'm unsure if it's even compatible with Retroarch on Steam. I found some older topics on the internet, but they're all for the standalone PPSSPP emulator and not the Retroarch core, so some of the options are either not there or are named something different and I'm not familiar enough to identify. So I was hoping I could get some setting recommendations from people who are more familiar with the technical side of emulators. I have it on PSP, but I'd really like to replay it on my computer on a bigger screen, unfortunately the text leaves a lot to be desired on a bigger screen as it comes across quite pixelated and unpleasant to look at. I'm super new to emulators and would really appreciate some guidance on what settings I should have to plat Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together.
